SilverCommand puts dispatch, GPS-verified patrol tracking, incident reporting, and client transparency on one screen — from the officer's phone in the field to the report your client opens the next morning.
Operational visibility and proof — that's what turns "is anyone actually out there?" from a phone call into a glance.
SilverCommand fits any security operation running shifts across more than one site — the pain point is always the same: what happens in the field doesn't reach the office, and what reaches the office doesn't reach the client, until it's too late to matter.
Stop reconstructing last night's shift from texts and handwritten notes.
The same chain runs for every alarm, every site, every shift — see it played out with real screens in the interactive demo below.
A signal, a call, or a panel trips — Operations sees it logged the instant it happens, not at shift change.
The console shows who's already closest and available — no group text, no guessing who picked up.
Location, time, and photo evidence attach themselves — the officer just describes what happened.
A supervisor reviews before anything reaches the client portal — visible the same day, not in a next-day email.
The same 2am alarm looks different depending on who's watching: the admin dispatching it, the supervisor reviewing the report, the officer filing it from the scene, and the client seeing it the next morning. Click through at your own pace — all sample data.
A guided simulation using sample data, built to represent the real SilverCommand workflow.
Every account is scoped to one role — Officer, Supervisor, Command Staff, or Client — with only the screens and data that role needs.
Clients and officers only ever see the sites they're assigned to. Nothing else on the account is visible to them.
Incident and activity reports are timestamped and stored as filed — a durable record of what happened and when, not an editable note.
Photos and documents attach directly to a report and stay tied to it as part of the record — served only to whoever is authorized to view that report.
Clients log in to their own portal to read reports — nothing is emailed as an attachment that can be forwarded, edited, or lost.
Coverage, shifts, and reports build a running history for every site — not just today's snapshot.
Clock-ins are pinned to the site, and patrol routes log automatically in the background while a shift is open.
Structured report forms an officer can fill from a phone in under a minute, in the field.
Every client sees coverage and reports for their own sites the moment they're filed — nothing else.
Officers and command stay on one channel per site — no group texts, no lost context.
Build the roster once and see coverage gaps before a site goes unwatched.
Radios, vehicles, and gear stay assigned to a shift and a name, not a sticky note.
SilverCommand runs as an installable web app. There's no App Store review to wait on and no Play Store listing to find — open silvercommand.net on a phone, add it to the home screen, and it opens and behaves like any other app from there on.
On the phone's own browser — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. Sign in once with the credentials we set up for your team.
One tap from the browser's share or menu button. No install prompt from a store, no waiting on approval.
Full-screen, its own icon, launches straight to your shift or your site's reports — no browser bar, no bookmarks folder.
Native iOS and Android apps are in active development for teams that want a store listing and background location tracking. Until then, the installable web app provides the core SilverCommand experience without requiring an app-store download.
Kept honest on purpose. Nothing in the first column is aspirational, and nothing outside it will be sold to you as if it were.
Roadmap last updated September 2026.
Research means exactly that: being evaluated, no date, might change shape. If an item here matters to your decision, tell us — real demand is how research becomes a plan.
No per-officer charge, ever — officer seats are unlimited on every plan, so your cost tracks the sites you cover, not the headcount you run. Every tier gets the same core platform: dispatch, GPS-verified patrol tracking, incident reporting, and the client portal. Features still in development (see the roadmap) roll out to every tier at the same time, not as a paid upgrade.
Exact rates aren't published yet — we're finalizing the base fee and per-site rate before general availability, and current early-access customers are being quoted directly. Tell us your site count and we'll give you a real number, not a placeholder.
SilverCommand is built from the operations side, not retrofitted from generic field-service software. It's shaped by what actually breaks down between an officer's shift and a client's inbox. Read more about SilverForge LLC at silverforgellc.com.
