Tactical Operations Platform

Run your guard force like a command center, not a filing cabinet.

SilverCommand puts dispatch, GPS-verified patrol tracking, incident reporting, and client transparency on one screen — from the officer's phone in the field to the report your client opens the next morning.

Operational visibility and proof — that's what turns "is anyone actually out there?" from a phone call into a glance.

Who it's for

Built for operators who've outgrown paper, group texts, and emailed PDFs.

SilverCommand fits any security operation running shifts across more than one site — the pain point is always the same: what happens in the field doesn't reach the office, and what reaches the office doesn't reach the client, until it's too late to matter.

Contract guard companies In-house corporate & campus security Patrol & alarm-response services Multi-site operations with roving coverage
What most operations run today
  • Paper sign-in sheets and patrol logs
  • Dispatch by group text or phone tag
  • Schedules built in a spreadsheet, texted around
  • Incident reports typed up hours after the fact
  • Client updates as an emailed PDF, if at all
What SilverCommand replaces it with
  • Location-verified digital clock-in and patrol records
  • One dispatch console, per site, in real time
  • A schedule and coverage board the whole team sees
  • Structured reports filed from the scene, on a phone
  • A client portal that updates the moment a report is filed

Stop reconstructing last night's shift from texts and handwritten notes.

Here's what happens instead

One alarm, four steps, nobody reconstructing it from memory.

The same chain runs for every alarm, every site, every shift — see it played out with real screens in the interactive demo below.

01 / Alarm

Alarm comes in

A signal, a call, or a panel trips — Operations sees it logged the instant it happens, not at shift change.

02 / Dispatch

Command dispatches the nearest officer

The console shows who's already closest and available — no group text, no guessing who picked up.

03 / Response

Officer responds and files from the scene

Location, time, and photo evidence attach themselves — the officer just describes what happened.

04 / Approval & client

Supervisor approves, client sees it

A supervisor reviews before anything reaches the client portal — visible the same day, not in a next-day email.

Interactive demo

Walk through the whole chain — every seat at the table.

The same 2am alarm looks different depending on who's watching: the admin dispatching it, the supervisor reviewing the report, the officer filing it from the scene, and the client seeing it the next morning. Click through at your own pace — all sample data.

Operations — Alarm Command Center Simulation — sample data

A guided simulation using sample data, built to represent the real SilverCommand workflow.

One platform

Every role sees what matters to them.

Officer & Supervisor

The field app

  • Clock in with a GPS-verified location
  • File incident and suspicious-activity reports on the spot
  • Message dispatch without leaving the post
Command Staff

The dispatch console

  • Live coverage across every site, every shift
  • Alarm response and scheduling in one board
  • Equipment and roster status at a glance
Client

The client portal

  • See coverage for your own sites, nothing else
  • Read incident reports the day they're filed
  • No calling your account rep for a status update
The operational proof

Every action in the system is attributable.

Role-based access

Every account is scoped to one role — Officer, Supervisor, Command Staff, or Client — with only the screens and data that role needs.

Site-level data isolation

Clients and officers only ever see the sites they're assigned to. Nothing else on the account is visible to them.

Audit-ready incident records

Incident and activity reports are timestamped and stored as filed — a durable record of what happened and when, not an editable note.

Photo evidence

Photos and documents attach directly to a report and stay tied to it as part of the record — served only to whoever is authorized to view that report.

Secure client access

Clients log in to their own portal to read reports — nothing is emailed as an attachment that can be forwarded, edited, or lost.

Operational history

Coverage, shifts, and reports build a running history for every site — not just today's snapshot.

What's actually in it

Built around a shift, not a spreadsheet.

GPS-verified patrol tracking

Clock-ins are pinned to the site, and patrol routes log automatically in the background while a shift is open.

Incident & activity reporting

Structured report forms an officer can fill from a phone in under a minute, in the field.

Client portal & reports

Every client sees coverage and reports for their own sites the moment they're filed — nothing else.

Live dispatch messaging

Officers and command stay on one channel per site — no group texts, no lost context.

Scheduling & coverage

Build the roster once and see coverage gaps before a site goes unwatched.

Equipment tracking

Radios, vehicles, and gear stay assigned to a shift and a name, not a sticky note.

On every phone, no store required

Officers and clients install SilverCommand straight from the browser.

SilverCommand runs as an installable web app. There's no App Store review to wait on and no Play Store listing to find — open silvercommand.net on a phone, add it to the home screen, and it opens and behaves like any other app from there on.

01

Open silvercommand.net

On the phone's own browser — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. Sign in once with the credentials we set up for your team.

02

Add to Home Screen

One tap from the browser's share or menu button. No install prompt from a store, no waiting on approval.

03

Use it like any other app

Full-screen, its own icon, launches straight to your shift or your site's reports — no browser bar, no bookmarks folder.

Native iOS and Android apps are in active development for teams that want a store listing and background location tracking. Until then, the installable web app provides the core SilverCommand experience without requiring an app-store download.

Roadmap

What exists, what's being built, what's only planned.

Kept honest on purpose. Nothing in the first column is aspirational, and nothing outside it will be sold to you as if it were.

Roadmap last updated September 2026.

Available now
  • Scheduling, shifts, clock-in / clock-out with location verification
  • Background GPS patrol route tracking during a shift
  • Alarm dispatch → response → auto-close, with measured response times
  • Incident, daily-activity and alarm-response reports with photo evidence
  • Supervisor review & approval gating client visibility
  • Client portal with PDF report downloads
  • Roving coverage across multiple sites in one shift
  • Hours vs. schedule, overtime, officer pay estimates
  • Sites geocoded from their street address
  • Email alerts, shift reminders, daily digest
In development
  • QR-code checkpoint scanning & missed-point detection (on top of the GPS route tracking already live)
  • Native iOS and Android field apps
  • Self-serve subscription billing
  • Onboarding & guided company setup polish
Planned
  • NFC checkpoint tags alongside QR
  • Data export self-service & reporting API
  • SSO and dedicated instances for larger operators
Research
  • Direct alarm-signal ingestion from panels and central stations — turning "alarm received" from a phone call into an automatic event
  • Offline capture with sync for coverage dead zones

Research means exactly that: being evaluated, no date, might change shape. If an item here matters to your decision, tell us — real demand is how research becomes a plan.

Pricing

Simple pricing: one base fee, plus a set rate per site.

No per-officer charge, ever — officer seats are unlimited on every plan, so your cost tracks the sites you cover, not the headcount you run. Every tier gets the same core platform: dispatch, GPS-verified patrol tracking, incident reporting, and the client portal. Features still in development (see the roadmap) roll out to every tier at the same time, not as a paid upgrade.

Officer seats: unlimited, no charge
Starter Single-site operations, small teams

Exact rates aren't published yet — we're finalizing the base fee and per-site rate before general availability, and current early-access customers are being quoted directly. Tell us your site count and we'll give you a real number, not a placeholder.

Security & trust

Built with the assumption that this data matters.

Sign-in required, always. There's no public or anonymous access to any account data — every screen sits behind authentication.
Invite and reset links expire. Invitations and password resets are single-use and stop working after 72 hours.
Evidence stays private. Photos and documents attached to reports are only ever served to an authenticated, authorized session — never a public link.
One company, one scope. Every account belongs to a single company. There's no cross-tenant visibility, by design.

Built by SilverForge LLC — a software company started by someone who worked the post.

SilverCommand is built from the operations side, not retrofitted from generic field-service software. It's shaped by what actually breaks down between an officer's shift and a client's inbox. Read more about SilverForge LLC at silverforgellc.com.
